Everything I was looking for and the ability to use Google Drive makes it a winner.

Being a professional photographer / business owner of 13 years, I always forgot to track purchases and collect receipts. This easy to use app is a helpful tool I can track on the go and give to my accountant monthly through report generation synced with my Google Drive account. It pulls in invoices through Gmail also making it super easy to not forget anything. You categorize it as business or personal and take a photo of the receipt/invoice of applicable. It also tracks your accounts payable but I only need it for the expense tracking option as we use Quickbooks.

This app upgrade is original you can sort all kinds of receipt with statistics and graphics, has well chosen colors and layout and programming is perfect, the cloud presents many security

After spending two months filling in expenses, I accepted an update to the app. The update wiped the data and I lost everything. Help desk says the receipts are saved on Google Drive but that is only images of scanned receipts and not data you input. Other apps are able to retain data. I do not recommend.

So far it works great...I wish it could scan bar codes to put the info in instead of by hand. I would have rated five stars except two things: 1. It requires permission to view and read all your email messages which is absurd and intrusive. Solve this problem by setting up a new gmail just to hold this stuff. 2. After taking your picture of your receipt, when editing to put the info in, it crashes and exits out of the app when you put the date or dollar amount in. Lots of awesome features in this app.
